Paul Miller’s Law officially went into effect yesterday Pennsylvania today.

The new law prohibits drivers from holding or using a handheld phone while behind the wheel even when stopped in traffic or at a red light. A first offense carries a $50 fine, and once court costs and fees are added, it can exceed $200.

At 5:52am, UAC was dispatched along with multiple fire companies for a house fire in Uwchlan Township. Deputy 47 (M.
