Paul Miller's Law goes into effect |

| Paul Miller’s Law officially went into effect yesterday Pennsylvania today. The new law prohibits drivers from holding or using a handheld phone while behind the wheel even when stopped in traffic or at a red light. A first offense carries a $50 fine, and once court costs and fees are added, it can exceed $200. Stay Alive! Don't Text and Drive!! |
