On Saturday, April 28, 2018 at 9 am, Uwchlan Ambulance Corps will be hosting an American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Providers Course. The BLS course trains participants to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations and provide early use of an AED.
BLS for the Healthcare Provider is an instructor-led course, which allows students to participate in simulated clinical scenarios and learning stations! Students will work with an AHA BLS Instructor to complete BLS skills practice and skills testing, in an non-intimidating environment.
This course features updated science and education from the new 2015 AHA Guidelines Update for CPR and ECC.
