This full-day course (9am-3pm) is designed for young people ages 8 to 13 years old who are interested in providing babysitting services. Lunch is included!
The American Safety and Health Institute (ASHI) Child and Babysitting Safety (CABS) program gives young adults everything they need to know for safe and successful babysitting. From getting started with their business, working with parents and children, house key safety, caregiving, and CPR and first aid tips. The student will become familiar with basic care methods for infants and children and gain confidence to respond to emergencies. Upon successfully completing the course, students will receive certification in ASHI CABS. Certification cards are valid for 2 years from date of completion. Attendees will also receive a babysitting business starter bag and a small first aid kit FREE!
